| All elements, and cables in place... and "UP SHE
GOES!" Bob - N7CZ manning the Crank, while Cam, Roy, and Kelly maneuver the guy

(LEFT) With the tower safely in place, the set-up crew
moved on to assemble and mount the vertical antenna. 
The outside work is done!

The final set up and equipment compliment. Bob - N7CZ
readies the logging program, TRlog, on his IBM/486. HF radio was an ICOM 751 that
was fed into a Heathkit SB-201 Amplifier, and out to the antenna. A Heathkit antenna
Tuner, below the radio, was also placed into operation from time to time. Monitors
in the background were part of the NWS equipment and not part of W7W. |
