BOARD
OF DIRECTORS
Board of Directors meetings are normally held on the
LAST Monday of the month at 7:00pm local time. They meet
in the new meeting
facility at the DES Complex - 521 1 Ave. NW. , or other
locations, from time to time, to faciitate special projects or
meeting agendas. The Board of Directors handle the normal business of the
club, such as paying of normal monthly expenses (power and phone bills
etc.), and other normal business of the club. This is done so that
general meeting time is not wasted having to approve and vote on all
normal monthly expenses. The board also discusses proposals to bring
before the general membership for a vote.
NOTE:
The Board of Directors meetings are open
to the public and therefore the general membership of the
G.F.A.A.R.C. Anyone may attend board meetings to listen in,
