Club Newsletters are
normally distributed electronically to the individual member's E-Mail address.

Distribution of the E-Mailed
Newsletter usually occurs within 10 - 12 days or so of a club meeting,
depending on article submissions
(ie: Minutes, Prez-Sez,
etc) and the report from the FCC license
database. (If we had any new
or upgrade licensees at our monthly test
sessions).
* A black & white paper copy of the newsletter is
available by regular mail to those who cannot access E-mail. Of
course color photos, clickable links,
and other special features
available in the electronic versions, will not be available in the
B&W paper copies.
The WEB based version of the newsletter is posted to
the website 10 - 14 days AFTER it is distributed to the paid
membership.
Non-members wishing a more timely
distribution of the newsletter are encouraged to join our club. In
addition to normal FULL
memberships,
we also offer associate memberships for those who just wish to receive the Newsletter
and support the club.

Troubles with your Newsletter ?
If you are a current club member and
are NOT receiving a Newsletter, please check the following possible
problems / solutions:
1. Did you supply an E-Mail address on your
membership application ?
2. Has your E-Mail address CHANGED since you
filled out a membership application ?
3. Do you have your local spam
filters, firewalls, etc set to include E-mail and files from mtintouch.net
?
4. Make sure your ISP is set to ALLOW content from mtintouch.net, and
it is not filtering it out.
5. The website domain is w7eca.org Some web
pages will require JAVA applets be enabled on your
local browser.

Editor welcomes almost any Amateur Radio related content to be published in this
Newsletter.
